We are seeking a compassionate and organized Licensed Nursing Assistant / Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Under the supervision of designated supervisor and in collaboration with clinical staff, the LNA/MA plays a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. This position supports both clinical and administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow and provider efficiency.

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Licensed Nursing Assistant / Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Under the supervision of designated supervisor and in collaboration with clinical staff, the LNA/MA plays a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. This position supports both clinical and administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow and provider efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient care under the direction of providers, RNs, or LPNs.
- Support daily clinical operations including room preparation, patient intake, and documentation.
- Coordinate provider schedules and anticipate patient needs to maintain timely appointments.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members to enhance satisfaction and care quality.
- Follow established workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent care delivery.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant certification preferred Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation and scheduling.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
